This is an 8am shotgun start. Players need to assemble at the putting green area at 7:40 for rules review, etc.

All score cards and rules sheets will be on your assigned tee box.

Carts

Carts and fees are handled by the Chemewa staff. You’ll pay in the clubhouse for your cart. We don’t know all of the players, so it’s up to you to pair up.

For verification and expediting scoring information we are using the Genuis Scoring System. One player from each group will be tasked to do the entering. Your phones should be fully charged. The GHIN number for the event is on your score cards. Score cards are the official record.

Exchange cards on your starting hole, do not keep you own card. There is an area for “notes” at the top of the card where you can keep your own score for verification. Strongly suggest that once you finish your last hole all score cards should be reviewed, signed, and attested. Please get them to the committee area at the clubhouse ASAP.

All first-place ties, gross or net will be determined by matching cards, starting with the back nine total, last six hole total, last three hole, last hole score. All chits will be mailed.
