Heather Hill Country Club played green and mean as the green grass kept the drives from runnng an additional 50 yards; and the front approaches to the greens were soft.

Greens were fast and in very good condition. The day was hot and humid but the players weatherd the elements well. The AAGA had bottled water all over the course to keep players hydrated.

Tip of the hat to Elmo Finocchi and his welcoming staff at Heather Hill that were all dressed in blue (the color of the day). Thanks, Elmo.

On the North-Middle Course, Matt Wanless had the low round with a 74. Runnersup were Matt Wasserman and Dan Whiting with 75s.
